These Provider Terms apply to any individual or business ("Provider") who onboards to and participates in the AltPROP professional services marketplace. By completing onboarding, you agree to these terms.
To become a Provider, you must:
AltPROP reserves the right to verify credentials and to decline or terminate any Provider account at its discretion.
A "Qualified Connection" is a consumer inquiry that meets all of the following criteria:
Inquiries that do not meet all four criteria are recorded for your visibility but are not billed.
The current connection fee is $50 per qualified connection. AltPROP may change the connection fee with 30 days' notice. Connections billed before the notice period expires are charged at the prior rate.
Qualified connections are aggregated across the calendar month. On the 1st of the following month, AltPROP generates an invoice and charges your payment method on file. You will receive an email invoice regardless of whether the amount is $0 or greater.
A valid payment method must be on file before you can receive qualified connections. If your payment method fails, connections are paused until the payment method is updated and any outstanding balance is resolved. ACH bank debit is preferred; tokenized card is accepted as a secondary option.
You have a 7-day window from the date of your monthly billing statement to dispute any billed connection. Grounds for a valid dispute include:
To dispute a connection, navigate to your Provider dashboard → Connections → click the connection → "Dispute this connection," or email billing@altprop.ai with your account email and connection ID. AltPROP will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved disputes are credited to your next monthly invoice.
Disputes submitted after the 7-day window are not eligible for credit except at AltPROP's sole discretion.
When you receive a qualified connection, AltPROP shares the consumer's name, contact information, and inquiry context with you. You agree to:
AltPROP processes Provider account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to:
AltPROP may suspend or terminate a Provider account for conduct that violates these standards, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Either party may terminate Provider participation at any time. You may close your account by contacting support@altprop.ai. Upon termination:
AltPROP may update these Provider Terms at any time. Material changes (including connection fee changes) will be communicated by email to your registered address with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
