AltPROP, Inc. — the technology company that runs this website and mobile app. We build and maintain the platform.
PROP Realty (TREC #9013986) — a separately licensed Texas real estate brokerage. When you work with an agent, sign a buyer agreement, or list a property through AltPROP, PROP Realty is your broker. They receive the data necessary to service your transaction.
These are affiliated companies. The affiliation is disclosed in every place brokerage services are offered, as required by RESPA and Texas law.

We keep your data only as long as necessary to operate the platform and meet legal obligations. Real estate transaction records are retained for 7 years per Texas law. Marketing and analytics data is deleted after 2 years. See our Privacy Policy — Data Retention Schedule for the full breakdown.
Blockchain transaction data (wallet addresses, transaction hashes) is permanently public on-chain and cannot be deleted — this is a property of blockchain technology, not a choice we make.
