Who represents me as a buyer on AltPROP?
PROP Realty is the representing broker on this platform. Buyers sign a $0 buyer-brokerage agreement before showings — there is no fee to sign. Compensation is disclosed before you tour or offer: seller co-marketing commission first, seller concession second, and buyer-paid only as a last resort.
What is the co-marketing agreement?
It is the signed agreement that lets PROP Realty market a FSBO listing on AltPROP and collect the offered co-marketing commission if the home sells through the platform. It is required before a listing can be published.
Where does the 25% BBA seller discount apply?
The discount applies to paid seller packages when the seller also has an active signed buyer-brokerage agreement because they are buying their next home through PROP Realty. It does not apply to the free tier, TC, photography, or third-party services.
